GARFIELD, N.J. -- Catherine Rose Rigolosi DeLillo, of Garfield, died on Dec. 27. She was 78.
She was a loving, kind mom that took great pride and joy raising her children. She and her husband Joe moved to Cape Coral, Fla. in 1992 to enjoy the warm sunshine during their retirement years, enjoying many visits from their children, as well as coming back to NJ for multiple visits per year to enjoy family during the summers and holidays.
She is survived by her children, Joseph DeLillo III and wife Kelly, Kathleen DeLillo-Schmid and husband Michael; grandchildren, Stephanie and husband James, Lindsey, and Katie.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Jr. and her brothers, Philip and Charles Rigolosi.
Visiting will be on Thursday 3-7 p.m. The funeral is Friday, Dec. 30, arriving at the Aloia Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. followed by 11:30 a.m. mass at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Garfield. Private cremation to follow.
